Pickles have been a side-dishes with Thai food for a long time, either Northern food or other area of Thailand. The taste of main dishes dependent every much upon side-dishes. Additionally, pickles can also be found as main ingredient in many Thai cuisine. Since we are in the plantation area in Northern of Thailand, no doubt, we can select and control the quality of raw material to make the best pickles. Our pickles were naturally processed without contaminating with chemical. There fore the consumer can be rest assured that our products are safe to consume as we pay very much attention to food safety.

Pickled Rakkyo

Rakkyo is only found in some northern part of Thailand. Basically, Rakkyo is not used in Thai cuisine, except Lanna cuisine only. However, Rakkyo is well known for Japanese. The most common rakkyo pickling technique in Japan is called amazuke rakkyo, which is traditionally served with curry and rice, but you can eat them with almost any meal. For Lanna, we serve with Khaosoi or Noodle curry as side-dish. |
Pickled Garlic

Pickle Garlic is frequently found in both Thai & Lanna cuisine. Our pickle garlic are made from Thai garlic which is grown in Northern area. Thai garlic offer a very strong bite which is toned down by the affect of vinegar. Pickled garlic is usually used as ingredient in "Hunglay Curry" or mixed in dipping sauces. |
