HISTORY
Mr.& Mrs Thantongpaiboon started their own business in 1976 in Chiangrai wet market as mom & pop shop. During cottage industry, we produce curry paste only a few kilogram a day. After several years, our family business had been gradually developed and were known in Chiangrai market as "Mae Noi Curry Paste". Mae Noi (Mrs. Nuannoi Thantongpaiboon), she is a typical Lanna people which was rooted from Lumpoon province. She possess a special capability of cooking, no matter it is Lanna food, Thai foods or Chines foods. Hence, there is no doubt why Mae Noi can elaborately produce curry paste in accordance with traditional Lanna recipe. Furthermore, Mr.Sujit Thantongpaiboon is very details person as he do really care in quality of products. "Our job is to prepare foods for others. We want to eat good foods, others are alike. From wet to world market

Our products under trade mark or brand name "Mae Noi" have been continuously develop by Mrs. Benjawan (Thantongpaiboon) and Mr.Panu Pattarathamakul and we registered our new company namely Paben Foods Co.,Ltd in 2012 after running family business more than 30 years. Additionally we have added new products under brand name "Benjaros" for premium market and export market. Nevertheless, we still believe in "quality of products" and traditional taste of Lanna all along.
Presently our products does not restricted to curry paste any more. We have add several products to our list such as Chili Paste, Dipping Sauce, Spices and Spices Mixed, and Pickles. Our products are certainly known by customer in Northern province of Thailand either general consumer, restaurant, hospital, hotel or even food producer for export. Apart from Paben Foods Co.,Ltd., we also have sister company namely "Thantong Marketing Co.,Ltd." to take care marketing and logistics function for company. |
